Voter Information Guides in the Mail
We completed mailing 1.7 million Voter Information Guides to all Orange County voters. These guides contain important information on voting options, COVID-19 precautions, practice ballots, candidate and measure statements. You can look up your guide online too!

Ballot Printing on Track
We are the only California county to print all of our own ballots - this provides us extra control over the process and maintains an unbroken chain of custody throughout the process. Rolls like this contain more than 50,000 ballots and weigh thousands of pounds. |

Ballot Mailing Preparation Underway
Once we finish printing a large group of ballots they then move to our Ballot Mailing Operations, where they are cut and inserted (along with information for the voter and a return ballot envelope). We will be mailing ballots to all Orange County voters on October 5, 2020. |

Vote Center Window Signage
We are producing a sign package for all Vote Centers, which includes window clings (seen in this photo), directional signs, information signs and more - our printing division produces all of these materials in-house. Our sign installation crews will outfit each Vote Center with signs prior to opening. |

Look for Our Messages in Your Social Media Feeds
Our extensive outreach campaign is underway (such as the Instagram ad shown above). We have multiple variations depending on the targeted individual, such as information about voting locations, voting at home, and ballot return options. |
