Vote Early. It’s Easy and Secure.

Headline image for Vote Early. It’s Easy and Secure.

Voters don’t have to wait until November 4 to vote in the 2025 Statewide Special Election. Nineteen more days of voting are available!

If a voter’s Vote-By-Mail ballot is damaged or they made an error marking it and haven’t cast it yet, the voter can still get a replacement ballot mailed to them by requesting one online at ocvote.gov/replacement.

The deadline to have a replacement Vote-By-Mail ballot mailed to a voter is seven days before the election (October 28). Voters will be asked to confirm their identity before they can apply for a replacement ballot.

If voters have any questions about the four ways to cast their ballot, they can find answers at ocvote.gov/voting.

Vote Easy. Vote Secure.

  • Check ballot for any damage, tears, or unclear marks.
  • Remember to sign the envelope before mailing or dropping off a ballot.
