1.6 Million Cards in the Mail
We've completed our first outreach mailing informing voters of the upcoming changes to Orange County elections. These marketing postcards, 1.6 million of them, were all completed in-house on our high-speed inkjet web press. Our next mailing will be on February 13th.

Vote Center Stress Tests Continue
Yesterday we completed another series of "stress tests" on our vote center layout and design. These tests are yielding valuable data as we look for the best configuration to process the highest number of voters most efficiently. In some cases these tests reveal a difference of 30 seconds in processing times, critical for large volume. |

Voter Information Guide Preparation
As of today we have prepared 340,000 Voter Information Guides prior to mailing. We must complete 1.6 million prior to January 23rd - this production includes the last phases where we apply the voter address, closest Vote Center and drop box as well as other dynamic data. |

All Lined Up and Ready to Go
We are in the final phases of installing our remaining ballot drop boxes prior to mailing vote-by-mail ballots on February 3rd. Many of these remaining boxes require concrete pads that must be poured prior to installation. Once our installation is complete, we will have 110 installed throughout Orange County. |
