Voter Information Guides in the Mail

Late last week we began mailing Voter Information Guides to all 1.6 million voters. As of today nearly 400,000 have been mailied and the balance will be mailed by Tuesday. These guides contain detailed info for voters including valuable info on our transition to Vote Centers.

Voter Processing Testing Continues We continue to run multiple tests on ideal Vote Center set-ups. These tests will continue in the coming week as we narrow down the final pieces to ensure a smooth and friendly experience for voters. We have been focusing on communication, work-flow and set up.


Great Response at UVSA Tet Festival We will continue our appearance at today's 39th annual UVSA Tet Festival at the OC Fairgrounds. We've had a great response from voters as we share how voting will be different in 2020! Please stop by and see us in Section W at booth W16.


Community Advisory Group Meets in Advance of Election Our Community Election Advisory Group (CEW) is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. The CEW was formed of a diverse group of individuals and organizations to advise our office on elections in Orange County. We held our 25th meeting this past Thursday. Community Engagement Hits All-Time High We have surpassed 100 community events in the past 9 months, an all-time record for our agency. These community events (such as last week's Fullerton College event seen in this photo) are a critical piece of our overall strategy to inform voters of the upcoming shift to Vote Centers for the March Primary Election.
