November Election Planning in Full Swing

We are in the final stages of preparing our ballot files - each ballot will be approximately 2-3 pages in length. In addition, we have finalized our Voter Information Guide covers - printing is now underway on nearly 1.7 million.

Vote Center Training Video Production We have completed our on-set shooting of our Vote Center training video. These materials are now being edited and prepared for our 1,200+ Vote Center employees - detailed training will include COVID-19 precautions for all in-person voting locations.


Voting Booth Closures in Each Vote Center Each of our Vote Centers will have every other booth closed to maintain adequate physical distancing between voters. We have developed a comprehensive suite of signage that will help guide voters through the process.


Vote Center Supply Logistics We are improving our delivery of Vote Center supplies by using individual shipping containers for each location. This will enable us to improve efficiency in the delivery process and allow for customized transport options to each site.


UCI Virtual Presentation on the 19th Amendment We recently presented in a virtual meeting at UCI for a celebration of the 19th Amendment, which included a thought-provoking discussion about why the women’s vote matters today more than ever.
