Training of CSRs Training of Vote Center Customer Service Representatives is currently underway! Once trained, Customer Service Representatives will be stationed at Vote Centers throughout the county where they will be ready to assist voters with all their voting needs.


Ballot Collection Teams in the Field Daily Our ballot collection teams pick up ballots from all our ballot drop boxes every day. To track your ballot or to sign up for tracking updates via email or text, voters can visit our website at ocvote.gov/track
