  • Notice of Election - City of San Clemente
    • Notice is hereby given that a Special Municipal Election will be held on
      November 5, 2019 in the City of San Clemente to fill one short-term seat for the office of Member of the City Council, City of San Clemente. To qualify for the office, the candidate must be a registered voter in the City of San Clemente at the time of the issuance of Nomination Papers. The Nomination Papers will be filed in the office of the City Clerk, City of San Clemente.

      Notice is further given that this election will be conducted as an all mail ballot election. All ballots cast in said election will be counted centrally at the Orange County Registrar of Voters’ office, 1300-C South Grand Avenue, Santa Ana, California.

      Notice is further given that vote-by-mail ballot processing in Orange County will begin on October 7, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The last day to request a vote-by-mail ballot is October 29, 2019.

      Notice is further given that the manual tally of specific precincts will begin on November 6, 2019, at the Registrar of Voters’ office located at 1300-C South Grand Avenue, Santa Ana.

      November 5, 2019 in the City of Santa Ana to fill a vacancy for a Member of the City Council, City of Santa Ana, Ward 4. To qualify for the office, the candidate must be a registered voter in the City of Santa Ana, Ward 4. The Nomination Papers will be filed in the office of the City Clerk, City of Santa Ana.

  • Notice of Election - Santa Ana Unified School District
    • A Special Vacancy Election will be held on November 5, 2019 to fill one short- term seat on the Santa Ana Unified School District. To qualify for the office of Santa Ana Unified School District Governing Board Member, the candidate must be a registered voter in the Santa Ana Unified School District at the time of the issuance of Nomination Papers.

      Notice is further given that Nomination Papers may be obtained at the office of the Orange County Registrar of Voters, 1300-C South Grand Avenue, Santa Ana, from July 15, 2019 through August 9, 2019, 5:00 p.m.

      Notice is further given that all Orange County ballots cast in said election will be counted centrally at the Registrar of Voters’ office, 1300-C South Grand Avenue, Santa Ana.

  • Notice of Election - City of Stanton
    • Notice is hereby given that an election will be held in the City of Stanton on November 5, 2019 for the purpose of submitting to the voters two measures. The first question is whether an ordinance establishing a tax on cannabis business operating within the City of Stanton shall be adopted. The second question is whether an ordinance amending the City’s transient occupancy (Hotel) tax by increasing the rate from 8% to 12% shall be adopted.

      Notice is further given that all Orange County ballots cast in said election will be counted centrally at the Registrar of Voters’ office, 1300-C South Grand Avenue, Santa Ana.

      Notice is further given that vote-by-mail ballot processing in Orange County will begin on October 7, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  The last day to request a vote-by-mail ballot is October 29, 2019.
