Orange County’s Amended Election Administration Plan 2026-2029 is posted on the Registrar of Voters’ website 

SANTA ANA, CA – October 30, 2025 –  Notice is hereby given that Orange County’s Amended Election Administration Plan 2026-2029 is posted on the Registrar of Voters’ website at ocvote.gov/eap pursuant to the California Voter’s Choice Act.

The Plan is available in English and in translated versions in Chinese, Farsi (Persian), Gujarati, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese, in accordance with federal and state law.

Comments on the Plan may be submitted from now through Thursday, November 13 using the online Public Input Form on the Registrar of Voters’ website, by email to [email protected], or by letter. Written comments should be addressed to the Orange County Registrar of Voters, 
P.O. Box 11298 Santa Ana, CA 92711-1298.
