Voting

September 25, 2016 - If you are an overseas voter (UOCAVA) election officials are required to send your absentee ballot 45 days before an election for those who are registered and have requested a ballot. Last evening was that 45 day deadline. We completed sending all requests for overseas absentee ballots just before midnight. If you live or work overseas and submit a request within 45 days of the election, we will send your ballot as soon as possible, upon processing your form.

March 9, 2020 - Pursuant to California Election Code section 15360 (d) this serves as public notice that we will be conducting a random draw for the Presidential Primary Election to be used in a manual tally of votes cast. This manual tally is used to verify the tally of our voting system. The random draw will occur on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. The manual tallies will follow the random draw and will take place until complete. Both processes are open to the public. Our office is located at 1300 South Grand Avenue, Building C, Santa Ana, California.

SANTA ANA, CA - Voters who have requested a vote-by-mail ballot (or who normally receive one each election) will be receiving their ballots in the next few days. These ballots were prepared for printing on April 23, 2016, which means if a voter changed their party registration, or requested a specific party ballot after that date, it may not be reflected on the ballot that they receive.
